DEPOSIT
Spray Tan Gold Coast requires a deposit for all bookings. This deposit must be made via bank transfer at the time of booking your appointment. You will be sent bank account details to make the deposit. Once the deposit is received a confirmation text message will be sent to you to let you know that your booking has been confirmed. Failure to make a deposit means your appointment will not be booked in. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the treatments booked and the total. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel under 24hrs notice or fail to show up to your appointment. Busier seasons such as Christmas will require 48hrs notice for any cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, we will hold on to your deposit until you are able to reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spray Tan Gold Coast requires at least 24hrs notice for any cancellations. If a client cancels their booking under 24hrs and are unable to reschedule, your deposit will not be refunded. This includes last minute changes to your appointment to a lesser amount than that was originally booked in. When making a booking for the week of Christmas and New Year we will require 48hrs notice for any cancellations. Please understand that when you have made a booking with Spray Tan Gold Coast, I have reserved that spot for you which means I have not been able to take on other bookings. That being said, please keep in mind that running this business and providing you with treatments requires a weekly income. When you cancel last minute without enough notice I am unable to fill that spot which affects my income. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my business and for this policy.
