DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, & MOBILE BOOKINGS

Spray Tan Gold Coast requires a 50% deposit for all bookings. If you prefer not to book online, contact us by phone/email/socials and you will be sent bank details to pay the deposit. Once the deposit is received a confirmation text message will be sent to let you know that your booking has been confirmed. Failure to make a deposit means your appointment will not be booked in. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used as a credit, if you cancel under 24hrs notice or fail to show up to your appointment. This includes change of mind on treatments booked in, if you change treatments to a lesser amount. Busier seasons such as Christmas will require 48hrs notice for any cancellations/change of mind. If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, we will hold on to your deposit until you are able to reschedule. A full refund will be given for bookings cancelled before the 24hr or Christmas 48hr cut-off. Your bank details will be required to receive your refund. Please understand that when you have made a booking with Spray Tan Gold Coast, I have reserved that spot for you which means I have not been able to take on other bookings. That being said, please keep in mind that running this business and providing you with treatments requires a weekly income. When you cancel last minute without enough notice I am unable to fill that spot which affects my income. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my business and for this policy.

If you require a mobile service, you are responsible to provide suitable parking. If only paid parking options are available, you will be expected to pay this fee. It will be added to the total of your booking.

Please note that we operate on QUEENSLAND TIME. If you are making a booking interstate during daylight savings seasons, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have booked in the correct time.
